A first-responder calendar hanging in the house

For fire, EMS, and police

Heroes of the Year — without the station doing the printing.

Three photo campaigns: a calendar, a shirt, or a keepsake. You send photos. We design, print, and ship. The house keeps the cut.

Three campaigns. That is the whole menu.

Pick the fundraiser. Same photo machine.

Hickory Farms and Yankee Candle sell a catalog. That is one campaign with a hundred SKUs. Groups freeze. We run three photo campaigns a group can rotate — calendar, shirt, keepsake. Not five. Not one.

How it works

The house collects. We press.

  1. You gather photos Apparatus, the crew, the station dog, the parade. Your PIO or a lieutenant signs off.
  2. We build one calendar Twelve months, the house name on the cover, optional sponsor pages from the diner and the auto shop.
  3. The town orders A private shop. We print and ship. No one at the bay is boxing books.
  4. The house gets paid $8 back per calendar. Packs for families. Sponsors for the extra.
A printed house calendar

Who it’s for

Anyone with a bay door and a Facebook page.

Volunteer fire

The group that already sells BBQ plates. A calendar is the winter version.

EMS & rescue squads

Same town, same donors. A second calendar, or one shared year.

Police & sheriff auxiliaries

K-9, explorers, the foundation. Keep it the auxiliary’s fundraiser, not a department endorsement mess.

Why this is honest

This market already exists. We just run it.

People buy firefighter calendars every year. Most houses still do it in a binder. We take the binder away. Honest group calendar. No fake national contest.

2025 sample calendar for Heroes of the Year

Previous work · 2025 sample

A finished 2025 calendar. This is the press.

A sample book so a group can see the quality before they send photos. These pictures are examples of the press — not a specific group’s book. Your campaign uses the photos your people send.
